Petroceltic Engineering is a EPC company (Engineering Procurement and Commissioning) founded a few years ago as a subsidiary of Petroceltic Bulgaria EOOD, with headquarters and management in Varna. The company employs highly qualified engineers, technicians and administrative staff with long-standing and extensive experience in numerous international projects. The reason for the establishment of the company was the need for quality maintenance and repair of the company's assets, as well as the design, ordering, implementation, installation and commissioning of new facilities in the field of oil and gas industry in the country and abroad. Our main task is to offer our customers a product that meets their requirements, fully compliant with international standards and regulations, and at a reasonable price.
To ensure a high level of quality and reliability of our services, a Quality Management System was developed and implemented in 2017.

- Dian NikolovChief Engineer on maintenance, operation and commissioning of new production facilities.
Holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering - Chemistry and Physics of Oil and Gas And Master's Degree Program in SIEMENS PLC Technology. He has long-term experience as Chief Engineer at a company for design, construction, engineering and maintenance of facilities in the field of oil and gas industry in the country and abroad. Also he was Senior Operator in a control room at a natural gas processing plant for 4 years. Also Dian has great knowledge in the oil and gas processing and production industry and is experienced with Solar Turbines gas turbine compressor units, CAT diesel and gas generators and process control software has also been gained
- Milen AntonovChief Engineer on Production and Process Development
Milen holds bachelor, master and PhD qualifications of the following areas: Gelogical features and comparative analysis in the development of gas fields , Engineer for oil gas production, transportation and storage, Naval architecture and marine structures. In his career he has experience as Chief Engineer in the oil and gas industry in Bulgaria and abroad for 9 years, Engineer in the development and operation of gas fields for 5 years and also 1-year experience as a Design Engineer in the Marine architecture and facilities.
- Jordan ShishkovMechanical engineer of marine equipment and facilities
Holds a Master's Degree in Navigation from Naval Academy "N. J. Vaptsarov ” His work experience combines 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer, marine facilities and equipment in the field of oil and gas industry in Bulgaria and abroad and 9 years as a third and second assistant captain of high-tonnage cargo ships
- Kamen KostovChief electrical engineer
Kamen’s qualification is Electrical Engineer from the Technical University – Varna. In his career he was Chief Electrical Engineer in the field of oil and gas industry in Bulgaria and abroad for 11 years and has also one year experience as Head of repair groups in the field of Energy.
- Anton GrigorovMechanical Engineer
Anton holds a Master’s degree of Navigation from the Naval Academy "N. J. Vaptsarov ”- Varna. His work experience combines 6 years as a Mechanical Engineer in the field of oil and gas industry in the country and abroad and 5 years as a third assistant captain of high-tonnage cargo ships
- Stoyan MirevEngineer for oil and gas production, transport and storage
Stoyan has educational qualifications in the areas of Production, transportation and storage of oil and natural gas and Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering. In his career he has 15 years of experience as an Engineer in the development and operation of gas fields in the oil and gas industry in Bulgaria and abroad and 1-year experience as a Design Engineer in the Marine architecture and facilities.
- Tsanko TranchevEngineer for oil and gas production, transportation and storage
Tsanko has educational qualifications in the areas of Production, transportation and storage of oil and natural gas and Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering. In his career he has 15 years of experience as an Engineer in the development and operation of gas fields in the oil and gas industry in Bulgaria as well as 1 year experience as a Marine Corps Engineer in the ship yard.
- Plamen Petrovtechnician for the development and operation of gas fields
In his professional career Plamen has rich and long-term experience. He is a technician for development and operation of gas fields in oil and gas industry in the country and abroad. This includes main activities such as installation, commissioning and maintenance of Solar Turbines gas compressors. In addition to this Plamen has 4 years experience as an operator of stationary gas turbine machines at Provadia Compressor Station - Bulgargaz.
